Summary: Assists the Physical Therapist (PT) in patient screenings, assessments, and evaluations, implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT. Communicate patient status changes, upcoming reassessment dates, and other relevant information to support coordinated care. Support a collaborative supervisory process and help maintain a safe, organized clinic environment, including equipment upkeep. Participate in educational, research, and quality improvement initiatives. *This position will receive structured mentorship and direct access to senior Physical Therapists for career guidance and skill development. The PTA will have a front row seat to high-level strategy and decision-making in a small clinic setting. The team is committed to providing growth opportunities to students and early career hires.
