Job Title: Product Designer Location: Portugal: Reports to: Head of Product Design Role Overview: We are seeking a Product Designer to shape intuitive, effective, and consistent UX/UI across our product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex requirements, workflows, and user needs into clear, usable, and visually coherent solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Customer Insights, and Development teams to design experiences that are not only visually polished, but also grounded in real user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. This role goes beyond creating screens: you will help define interaction patterns and ensure that usability and clarity are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
