Full Time Monday - Friday 8-4:30 hybrid role - remote from home and/or working out of the Hastings or Jackson office. Ideal candidate will need to be willing to commute to Hastings and Jackson on some days - you would have control of your schedule. Expectation is 5 HHA hires/week. POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible to recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and coordinate training for new Home Health Aides (HHA) to meet the Agency's needs on a weekly basis. Additional administrative and general office work is required.
