Overview: This is a full-time career opportunity based out of our Bethlehem, PA location to support that market. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and implement growth strategies for consumer mortgage origination within an assigned local market, including recruiting, sales and marketing, budget planning and management, and oversight of staff. The incumbent will also execute a personal marketing and sales strategy toward established sales goals and targets while directly managing support staff. This position requires frequent travel.
