Do you want to lead a critical function where operational stability, business change and customer impact meet? As Head of Change Management at GlobalConnect, you will own our Change Management process end-to-end across network, infrastructure and IT environments. You will lead the Change Management team, chair the Change Advisory Board and act as the final decision point for high-risk or high-impact changes. To succeed in this role, you likely have: About the role and the team Service Assurance is responsible for securing availability and quality across service platforms, network and fibre infrastructure. The organisation owns core ITSM processes such as Incident, Change and Problem Management. You will lead a team of approximately 10+ Change Management specialists and report to VP Service Assurance. Your responsibility is to ensure that planned changes are assessed, approved, scheduled and followed up in a way that protects production environments and customer services.
