About the role: This position is responsible for packaging compounded medications and shipping them out via FedEx. This is a full-time position, with a traditional schedule, reporting to the Lead Shipping Specialist. What you'll do: - Prepare and package patient medications for shipment via FedEx - Prepare patient medications for pick-up - Custom package patient medications by client required branded materials and requirements - Differentiate packaging between refrigerated and regular products - Scan and communicate with patients via customer app with FedEx tracking number, as appropriate - Monitor and follow-up on FedEx tracking of patient and facility shipments - Manage and communicate al...
