Description Registered Nurse - RN - Outpatient Clinic - ***Sign On Bonus Eligible*** Conifer Park is looking for a Full-time RN to join the outpatient team in Liverpool, NY. You will provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment, diagnostic and case management services to patients in an outpatient setting. Specifically, you will assess patients who present for dispensing, review those finding with the Medical provider and enter any verbal orders given. This position coordinates the nursing and medical needs of the clinic as it relates to the MMPT and then prepares and dispenses methadone and Suboxone in accordance with all state and federal regulations including JCAHO Additional duties: $8,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (Based on 40 hours, will be prorated based on hours): $2,000 after completion of the orientation period, $2,000 after six (6) months of continuous employment, and $4,000 after one (1) years of continuous employment.
