We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to help oversee the safety, performance, and productivity of Quality Department personnel while ensuring compliance with the company’s quality management system in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Manager, along with all other company departments, in driving continuous improvement, maintaining product quality standards, and meeting both internal and external customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Quality Manager and other company departments to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process issues and customer complaints.
