Organize and maintain records for all student activities, create on-boarding programs for new hires, and provide hospital-based mandatory education to staff. Also assist in coordination and monitoring of departmental continuing education efforts, clinical orientation initiatives, student and fellow training, QI initiatives, and professional development plans for staff.
