Employment Type : Full-time Location : Hoofddorp, Netherlands: About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive General Assistant (GA) to join our European Passenger Car Aftersales Service Center – a key hub supporting our aftersales operations across Europe. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and support services to the team, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities to collaborate across technical, parts, training, and commercial teams. What You’ll Do: Responsible for the planning, progress tracking, risk identification and closed-loop management of after-sales projects to ensure on-time delivery. Assist in building the PMO management system, including project ledger, weekly/monthly reports, milestone tracking, meeting minutes and action item follow-up. Conduct cross-department and cross-region coordination with business, overseas country and middle-platform teams to drive key deliverables. Monitor key project progress, proactively identify risks including schedule delays, resource shortages and process bottlenecks, and drive problem resolution and closure.
