What Your Day Will Look Like: CONSOR Engineers is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer / Group Leader to provide technical, operational, and leadership oversight in support of a growing Construction Management practice in Arizona. This role offers an opportunity to lead complex transportation construction projects while contributing to business development, staff growth, and long-term client relationships. The Senior Resident Engineer will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing leadership in construction quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), project delivery, and team development. This position supports both project execution and strategic growth initiatives for CONSOR’s Construction Management group. What You'll Do: Leadership & Practice Responsibilities: - Lead and expand CONSOR’s capabilities in the administration of complex transportation construction projects, primarily in the construction QA consulting space. - Provide leadership across Arizona with short- and long-term project assignments that may require travel and temporary assignments away from home. - Support business development efforts including opportunity pursuit strategies, teaming arrangements, cli...
