Job Overview The Production Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of production operatives to ensure that daily output, quality, safety, and efficiency targets are achieved. The role involves hands‑on supervision, people management and continuous improvement within the production area. Job Requirements: · Compliance to EH&S Policies, safety standards and COSHH/Risk Assessments. · Lead daily GO meetings · Agree the production plan with the planning team. · Drive adherence to the production plan, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required · Be the key communicator on production to the planning team, including completions, delays, and recovery actions · Root cause deviation to execution of the production plan · Maintain, Update and assist in the creation of routings and capacities. · Maintain the area skill matrix and create training plan for knowledge depth. · Assist in implementing new procedures and operational improvements with correct documentation.
