Job Title Benefits Specialist Job Description: The Benefits Specialist supports the local administration of Benefits, Wellness, and Leave of Absence programs and assists employees with inquiries. This role handles escalated questions from Tier 1 and applies knowledge of benefits processes and regulations to ensure accurate guidance. The specialist provides input on health and wellness offerings and collaborates with the Benefits Broker and vendors to help facilitate Health, Welfare, Retirement, and Wellness offerings. The Benefits Specialist reports to the Manager of Compensation and Benefits and works closely with Vanderlande’s Payroll, Tier 1 HR Service Agents, and HR Partner teams.
