UX Designer

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer who is strong in discovery, behavior, and problem solving. You’ll join a small in-house UX team that owns the end-to-end experience across Basic-Fit. We’re working with a design system, so this role is less about crafting pixels from scratch and more about understanding real user problems and shaping effective solutions. This Is What Your Role Looks Like Your mission: Create a frictionless user experience for our members, offering them intuitive self-service journeys. You’ll identify high-friction moments across the member journey, dive deep into user behavior, identifying where, why and how people struggle, and turning those insights into measurable improvements. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, customer service, and data and business analysts to connect qualitative insights with hard signals like drop-offs, complaints, and support volume. From there, you’ll define problems sharply, validate assumptions early, ship pragmatic solutions using our design system and communicate process and results with relevant stakeholders.
