This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our Firm. The IT Training Content and Design Manager provides strategic oversight and hands‑on development of IT training content across the firm. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, accessibility, prioritization, and lifecycle management of all IT training materials to support effective technology adoption. The IT Training Content Lead collaborates with application owners, subject matter experts, IT project teams, and the IT Training Delivery and Adoption Manager to translate complex systems into clear, scalable, role‑based learning.
