Job description

Purpose of the Role Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial PROPERTY. Liaise with tenants and owners, coordinate and manage maintenance, housekeeping, and security activities, and ensure the facilities meet regulatory standards and codes Key Responsibilities: · Ensure all Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly checklists are complete and uploaded onto Compass, Savills systems. · Ensure that high standards of property presentation are achieved and maintained at all times. · Ensure best value is being achieved by analysing, auditing and proposing improvements to the existing property management systems in operation. · Evaluate existing contractual relationships, and ensure that the tenants are receiving best value. · Create and maintain an effective working relationship with existing suppliers. · Ensure and implement best practice whilst ensuring safe working practices are complied with at all times. · Ensure appropriate clear communication lines are established and maintained. · Carry out any other reasonable request of the RFM/Property Surveyor. · Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures · Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety syste...
