Description We are looking for dedicated individuals to work 4 ten-hour 3rd shifts Sunday through Wednesday night. The Tank Maintenance Technician's job is to ensure finishing processes are within operating parameters and takes appropriate action necessary to maintain control of the process, extend bath life, and optimize performance. Engages operations, EO and maintenance personnel in working together to maintain and continuously improve the performance of Anoplate solutions and the finishing products. In This Role You Will: - Create daily task list using Tableau - Change solution filters at scheduled frequencies - Dispose of filters in accordance with Anoplate’s established procedures - Monitor filter usage, adjusting frequency - when necessary to minimize waste - Maintenance of circulation pumps at scheduled frequencies, including but not limited to: Keep housing clean and free of debris, Fan blades cleared, Missing hardware replaced, Damaged housings or fan blades replaced as necessary - MP2 submitted for pumps requiring more work than basic hand tools can accomplish tank s...
