About the Opportunity The DOTA Talent Partner at Driscoll’s plays a crucial role in enhancing company performance by collaborating closely with Driscoll’s of Americas (DOTA) business leaders, HR Business Advisor (HRBA), and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to establish and implement a forward-looking talent strategy. The DOTA Business Unit encompasses operations in four countries: the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Peru. Collectively, these regions employ approximately four thousand individuals who are dedicated to supporting and advancing the organization’s business objectives. This position will spearhead the DOTA talent agenda by gathering and analyzing internal and external talent data, identifying gaps, and supporting the company’s mid- and long-term strategies. The Talent Partner contributes both strategically and operationally, helping cultivate an agile and innovative culture that meets the needs of a dynamic, multi-country business unit.
