Schedule: Per diem, 1.5 to 10 hours a week, based on client needs and availability. Ability to work on Saturday is a must. Pay Rate: $20-$25 hourly based on education and experience. Job Summary: We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Guided Personal Support Program as a Community Support Coach in Lynn, MA and the surrounding area. The Community Support Coach provides in-home and community support for adults with developmental disabilities and visual impairment. Help pave the pathway to success for individuals with developmental disabilities! Community Support Coaches promote additional skill building around community integration, life skills, safety skills, and social skills based on individual goals. The Community Support Coach role is a flexible and creative position.
