Compliance Expansion Lead - Happy Valley Location: Phoenix, AZ 85085 Pay Range: DOE Position Summary: The Compliance Lead will be responsible for providing support and coordinating efforts to ensure that we operate within all state and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations across all divisions of the business. Responsibilities: - Supports management of regulatory compliance for all business lines across all of the states we operate in - Supports management of and ensuring state compliance training manuals and required training are up to date, in partnership with compliance and management teams. - Supports management of state compliance SOPs - Supports the internal mock audit program. Assists operations in evaluating observations, and root cause analysis. Aids in the development of corrective action. Performs follow-up on audit observations. Tracks responses, and monitors implementation. - Participate in the evaluation and changes to processes and procedures upon regulatory updates and or State deficiencies. - Support development and implementation of strategies to achieve organizational goals - Accurately and promptly maintain records and reports. - Maintain a positive att...
