Become one of our Contributors!: Join the CareTria Team!: The purpose of the Distribution Coordinator is to coordinate completion of daily activities in area of receiving, shipping, returns and put away of materials into the warehouse and inventory and aid in the scheduling and passing of manifests, reports and exceptions to the client and internal stakeholders and management. Fulltime onsite role based out of Lakewood, NJ. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:30am ET-6:00pm ET. Responsibilities: - Individual is expected to keep up to date with all job related and company SOP’s and work instructions related to receiving, shipping and returns. - Inspect freight upon arrival, document any signs of damage, and resolve freight claims in a timely manner. - Individual is expected to complete daily work assignments and as necessary for all work scheduled for department within established SLA. - Provide training of current and new employees in all appropriate procedures and processes required to complete work assignments. - Assist with the enforcement of quality standards and procedures including record keeping, work instructions...
