Job Description: It is the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Counselor to provide drug and alcohol treatment to clients which includes face-to-face individual, group, and family counseling, as clinically appropriate. Chart documentation and case management services related to client treatment will be accomplished in accordance with all agency policies and procedures.
