Company: Marsh Description: Marsh is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to join our Marsh Commercial Property & Casualty team based out of one of our Canada locations (Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or Quebec). This experienced professional (5+ years’ experience) will support and manage accounts brought in by producers, working in close partnership to drive new business growth and deliver exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day account management, including renewals, policy administration, and client communications, while leveraging strong risk evaluation and financial/loss analysis skills. Coordination with underwriting, claims, and risk consulting teams is essential to provide comprehensive solutions. A key focus of this role is delivering a ‘white-glove’ onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring high-touch, proactive communication, detailed implementation plans, and personalized support until clients are fully onboarded.
