Description POSITION SUMMARY: - To help operate lining and molding equipment assigned by supervisor. To properly assist in performing order, color and material changes and machine start-ups/shut-downs. This is a Safety Sensitive Position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Verifies raw materials comply with work requirements; - Helps perform color changes; notifies supervisor of color change status; - Informs supervisor/lead of substandard production quality; - Checks material status and calls for more materials if necessary; - Informs supervisor/lead of machine problems. - Cleans machines and work areas of material, caps, oil, etc., clean filers, scheduled sanitation duties; - Fills and empties color and virgin hoppers; - Segregates scrap material; - Covers for absences/vacations on other shifts; - Follows all GMP guidelines; - Assist in cap reintroduction. - Audits and sorts product that has been put on Quality Hold. - Adheres to all safety rules and procedures; - Completes all necessary documentation for all assigned machines. Follow manufacturing Work Order (BOM);: - Builds totes. - Hand stack cartons when necessary. - Any other duties as assigned by Supervision/Management. OTHER RESPONSIB...
