Overview Deliver BMW Service Technician Education Program to assigned program students in a classroom environment as well as tasks and workshop exercises, while meeting BMW facilitator certification requirements. Independently study training manuals, relevant materials, and vehicle systems (hands-on) to constantly improve the understanding of systems and components. Organize and maintain the professional appearance of the student areas, the student workshop demonstration areas, the training vehicles and educational aids. Maintain training vehicles and provide administrative support for training vehicles. Participate in the improvement of existing courses and curriculum through organized feedback to the BMW Group University team.
