Senior Associate, Inbound Operations

Overview At Brooklinen, operational excellence begins long before a product reaches our warehouse. We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Inbound Operations, to take ownership of our First Mile operations — helping ensure inbound shipments move efficiently, reliably, and on time from origin to destination. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership across our inbound freight network. You’ll work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners, while partnering cross-functionally with Planning, Production, and Operations to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to how products move through our network. This role is a strong fit for someone with a foundation in supply chain and inbound logistics who is excited to take ownership, solve problems thoughtfully, and contribute to building operations that scale with the business.
