Job Summary: The Principal Workday Adaptive Planning Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adaptive Planning platform to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and workforce planning. The Manager will be the system subject-matter expert and will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and cross‑functional business partners to ensure reliable data, seamless integrations, and scalable planning processes. Essential Job Functions: Be the SME of Workday Adaptive Planning by managing configuration and the maintenance of core model structures. Oversee updates, new features, metadata changes, troubleshoot system issues, and ensures data accuracy. - (25%) Partner with Finance, FP&A, and People and Culture to support budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and workforce planning while building and maintaining planning templates, dashboards, and reports.
