Job description

As Facilities Operations Manager – Mechanical , you will lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical mechanical systems supporting OCI data centers. Reporting to the Site Operations Director , this role owns mechanical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, operational readiness, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, maintenance, and service execution for critical mechanical and HVAC infrastructure. Own mechanical plant readiness, including preventive maintenance, corrective work, inspections, restoration activities, and maintenance backlog management.
