Your next opportunity An opportunity exists for an integral role within Boral’s Cement business at our Berrima Plant located in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Boral’s prized upstream cement business is an important supplier for our downstream businesses and external customers. It is the largest operational site in the Boral Group with a manufacturing potential of 1.4 million tonnes of clinker and 1.2 million tonnes of cement per annum. The site has one large rotary kiln and two large cement mills which form the core of the manufacturing plant. As the key people leader for the Production function, the main focus of this role is to ensure that our 24/7 operation is efficiently and safely producing clinker and cement to meet market demands as well as enabling effective production planning. This role will report into the Operations Manager Berrima and will manage a sizeable team, with 6 direct reports and 45 indirect reports.
