Lab Co-Op (Fall 2026)

Job description

Position Summary: The Engineering Technology Co-op Student provides mechanical and/or electrical testing support in the development of new components and products as well as in the improvement in performance, reliability and cost of existing components and products . This individual wil l work with, engineering technicians and design engineers daily, participating in the setup, execution, data collection and reporting on engineering test . In this role, the Co-op Student will: Major Responsibilities: Perform testing to support customer requests and inquiries. Participate in development projects by executing concept validation, design qualification and manufacturing validation testing includ ing documentation. Participate in reliability testing for new product development launch programs Support product sustainability engineering and agency teams through test execution Exposure to electrical and mechanical build up and teardowns Exposure and experience in working with global cross functional teams.
