SUMMARY: The Timecard and Payroll Assistant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee time tracking, records maintenance, and supporting payroll processing activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with payroll administration to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Timecard Coordination: Review, validate, and process employee timecards for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance. Monitor and follow up on missing, incomplete, or incorrect time entries. Ensure proper coding of hours (regular, overtime, vacation, sick, statutory holidays, etc.) Maintain and update timekeeping systems and records as needed. Support Regional Operation Managers, Supervisors and Team Members with time entry questions and system navigation. Audit time records to identify and correct discrepancies prior to payroll processing. Generate time-related reports for payroll and management.
