Description and Responsibilities Are you a student looking for a temporary summer job at an organization Where Your Work Matters? Open Sky is now hiring summer temp staff to help support individuals with developmental, intellectual, physical, mental health and other challenges in a residential group home by promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. This role provides hands-on support, guidance, and assistance with daily living activities while encouraging community engagement and meaningful participation. Open Sky's Respite Programs are short-term group living environments that provide treatment of intermittent crisis and stabilization for adults who are diagnosed with a mental health and/or substance use disorder. The goal of the Respite program is to work collaboratively with individuals to develop skills to maintain their independence in the community and live a life that is not defined by their mental illness.
