Description ACC Management Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to support three properties located in Sister Bay. All properties are within approximately one mile of each other, providing an efficient and team-focused work environment. On-call duties rotate every 3rd week with Maintenance Technicians based in Sturgeon Bay and travel to Sturgeon Bay is required while on call to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
