Full Time: Days: Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm Job Summary: The Medical Record Completion Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of inpatient and outpatient medical records in accordance with Saint Francis Health Care System, State, Federal, and accreditation standards. This role supports healthcare providers and hospital staff by managing incoming requests, correspondence, medical record deficiencies, facilitating timely chart completion, and ensuring data integrity for coding and compliance purposes. Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in healthcare related field. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
