About the Position: As a Purification Specialist within our Purification department in API Manufacturing 1 (M1), you will play a key role in supporting the production of strategically important products. As part of the management team, you will leverage your expertise to optimize processes, drive technological advancements, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your key Responsibilities will include to: - Serve as a key decision-maker in collaboration with management for the strategic future of M1 Purification - Act as key person for scoping optimization opportunities across our API processes, including HPLC, chemical modification, UF/DF, centrifugation, and freeze-drying. - Apply LEAN thinking principles to continuously improve operational efficiency within the processes, ensuring a focus on waste reduction and streamlined workflows. - Teach, mentor, and support newer or less experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning an...
