Cottage Clinical Network seeks an Advanced Practice Provider Lead Urgent Care for their CCN Cottage Urgent Care-Santa Maria-Skyway Drive department responsible for providing direct patient care to assigned patients within an urgent care setting. In addition to patient care, the APP Lead is a resource for site managers, educators, and the Urgent Care (UC) directors to help train to and reinforce workflows related to efficiency, UC policy and scope of practice, and customer service. Internal contacts include medical directors and management throughout the clinic and health system. Responsibilities include: QUALIFICATIONS: All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. Education: - Conducting regularly occurring meetings to facilitate information dissemination and support team engagement, participating in the design and implementation APP practice quality/outcome indicators, facilitating consistent orientation processes and clinical practices across service lines, helping to lead annual competencies, participating in the electronic medical record (EMR).
