What you’ll do: Join the team People and in particular the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding area, reporting directly to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate Manager Retail Sales Italy and Corporate Functions. Be actively involved in: Supporting the full recruitment cycle for assigned Retail sales and Corporate positions, including job briefings with hiring managers, sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, and candidate management. Partecipating in job briefings and advisory sessions with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, talent availability and competitive benchmarks. Monitoring and optimizing recruitment performance metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate experience, etc.) through data-driven reporting using Workday and other HR tools.
