Why you'll love this job: The BenOps Analyst is a member of the Benefits team within the People organization and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate posting of payroll deductions for 100,000+ team members enrolled in various American Airlines domestic and Canadian benefit plans. This role will actively interface with Payroll, Payroll IT, Benefits Delivery/Administration, Benefits Audit & Controls, and AA’s external benefits administrator or other vendors to support operational excellence and delivery of positive team member experience as it relates to benefits payroll deductions.
