Overview This position is responsible for the technical support of the full product suite for RISA. This position reports to the Technical Support Manager. This position is a key member of the Technical Customer Success team providing technical support to engineers for our full suite of RISA products. The right candidate will have experience in structural engineering and structural engineering software. They will work in a collaborative fashion throughout our organization to deliver a great customer experience resolving customer issues.
