Unit Secretaries are responsible for the following: - Provides support to the nurse manager with reports, data, and special assignments. - Transcribes physician orders for medications, diets, treatments, etc. - Runs errands as directed/necessary - Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Unit Secretary Clerk will perform various clerical responsibilities on nursing units including preparing, compiling, and maintaining patient records.
