About the role: The Yard Support Technician is responsible for supporting the Service Department through yard organization, equipment movement, and shop assistance. This is a hands-on, physically active position that works primarily outdoors and involves frequent forklift operation and movement of heavy equipment. What you'll do: Yard Operations & Equipment Handling: - Operate a forklift approximately 50% of the workday to move, stage, and organize equipment. - Consistently move, reposition, and reorganize heavy equipment within the yard and service areas. - Unload incoming equipment and materials and transport to appropriate areas. - Maintain organization and proper staging of equipment for service and delivery. - Keep service bays, driveways, and yard areas clear and accessible at all times. - Clean equipment and vehicles as needed. - Maintain clean, orderly, and secure grounds, yard, shop, and customer parking areas. - Follow all department safety practices...
