Training Coordinator – Quality VPS RTX PMO – Pratt & Whitney Engine Services Location – onsite at the P&W Plant 81 in Bridgeport West Virginia Overview: The Training Coordinator – Quality, supports all aspects of the training needs of those supporting the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services Center, from safety and compliance training, policies and procedures to new worker onboarding and orientation. This position is onsite at the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services site Plant 81 in Bridgeport West Virginia. The position reports to the Sr Manager of Quality System Compliance. Description: Experience: - Learning Management System (LMS) tasks - Prepare and review training reports - Review learning requirements based on role/job responsibilities, assign coursework, and process completions - Troubleshoot access and learning plan issues, follow-up with students as needed - Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to provide end-to-end training logistics support - Support the creation of new courses and maintain existing curriculums/courses as needed - Coordinate and facilitate new worker onboarding and orientation - On the job training (OJT) facilitation - Maintain training matric...
