What You’ll Do: - Knock out work orders and preventive maintenance with care. - Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. - Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. - Provide helpful, friendly support during resident interactions. - Participate in on-call rotation when your community needs you most.
