Supervisor Food and Nutrition Services at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Under the direction of the Manager, Nutrition, supervises the day-to-day operations with approximately half of the work time spent on the physical running of the Nutrition Services Department. Job duties include, but not limited to: implement policies, procedures and work standards; monitors quality management indicators; supervises production & service staff; ensures departmental staffing, cleanliness, sanitation, tidiness & safety. Assists registered dietitians in supporting the needs of diet office staff. Able to cover production and diet aide shifts, if necessary.
