You will define and execute a clear social strategy, combining creative storytelling with data-driven optimisation to increase reach, engagement, and community impact. You will act as the in-house expert on social platforms — understanding formats, algorithms, and audience behaviour — while continuously testing new ideas, formats, and content approaches.
