Associate Director, Business Systems & Field Excellence

Job description

Location: Boston (3 days per week in office) The Associate Director Business Systems & Field Excellence will partner with Alexion’s Commercial organization to enable the field to engage with HCPs and Accounts more effectively, with customer insights, enhanced orchestration, and increased collaboration. One of the key systems the individual will manage is Veeva CRM, a platform heavily utilized by the Commercial field to manage their activities, events, and virtual engagements with Healthcare Professionals. Though the role engages with a broad range of processes and stakeholders, the individual’s primary focus will be to create value for the field organization, and to meet and exceed Commercial priorities. The position is dynamic, highly collaborative, and will play a critical role in setting the organization up for future success. The role sits within Business Operations and Commercial Effectiveness (BOCE) in the US organization.
