A Brief Overview: Develops processes and systems that improve quality, productivity and operational efficiencies, including oversight for service excellence with emphasis on evidence based best practice models. Determines the most effective use of resources to ensure the highest level of quality, patient safety and patient/family experience. Responsible for assuring all phases of quality, patient safety and reporting are being addressed. What you will do: - Oversees hospital performance improvements, quality outcomes, patient safety, risk management, medical staff support services, infection control and service excellence for region. Promotes and builds upon proactive data driven decision making and implementations for the betterment of our patients, residents, families and employees. - Oversees all survey activities to ensure that the facility maintains accreditation and certification.
