Solar Installation Coordinator

We're seeking an outgoing person to manage solar installations on behalf of our installers and customers. We need someone confident, organised and good at multi-tasking. Ideally, you have worked in the solar or electrical industry, but if you otherwise have the right skill sets and attitude, we can provide you with the training you need. We’re a hard-working and fun team with a great culture, and you will enjoy coming to work. About the Role: As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the solar installation goes smoothly for both the customer and our installer. Your day will involve: - Coordinating site inspections and installations with customers and installers - Maintaining a high level of communication with all parties involved in the installation process - Ensuring compliance with procedures to be followed and government rebate applications - Efficiently and accurately maintain CRM systems - Issuing invoices, purchase orders and approving payments related to installations As a successful candidate, you will be: - Ideally, have some experience in the solar or electrical industry in some way - A strong communicator who is confident and outgoing - Pro...
