Sales Manager, Automotive (English, German)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 11 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience in managing and motivating teams, and coaching sales behaviors including C-level engagement. - Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, as this is a customer facing role that requires interaction with local stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in sales, media, or consulting, with the ability to manage high-performing teams, lead through ambiguity and influence executive stakeholders both internally and externally. - Understanding of the automotive industry, digital advertising ecosystems (Search, Video, Display), and the agency landscape. - Ability to lead with a coaching-first mindset; adept at helping account executives navigate complexity and prioritize high-value activities in a high-pressure environment. - Ability to collaborate, capable of forging deep, trusted relationships across global sites and various teams (specifically in-country LCS teams) in short timeframes to drive unified goals.
