Help create something special from day one Opening in June 2026 , Heirloom is a brand‑new coastal restaurant located within a stunning retirement living community at Taren Point , just south of Sydney. With beautiful waterfront views and a Mediterranean soul, Heirloom is all about fresh food, shared moments, and a welcoming, community feel. Open to the public and grounded in hospitality with heart, this is an exciting opportunity to join a venue from the very beginning. We’re looking for a Casual Kitchen Hand (20–30 hours per week) to join our founding team. The role: Availability: Must be available Thursday to Sunday (day and evening shifts) Working closely with our chefs and café team, you’ll play an important part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and supporting high‑quality food service.
